When will I see the review from my renter?

Both you and the renter will have 14 days to review each other after the trips return date/time.

You will not be able to see the renters review until one of the following items occurs:

• You have completed your review for the renter
• 14 days has passed since the trip was completed

After this all reviews left will be public.

Some important notes on reviews:

1. You will not be able to leave a review after 14 days.
2. We strongly encourage leaving honest reviews as it will help other users on the platform.
3. Owners who consistently leave renters a review will be rewarded with better search placement
4. Users who consistently receive a "thumbs down" review may be suspended from the platform.
