What if I feel an unfair review is left?

If you feel an unfair review was left, you can reach out to Vancation support.

Vancation will open a case and review the information from both the renter and owner. If the review violates our policies or was in fact inaccurate, we will remove the review from your Listing and profile.

Once a decision has been made the owner will be notified of the decision.

While decisions are final, you may have an opportunity to respond to a renters review
