Owners have the ability to flag reviews for a Vancation support team review.

Below are examples of reasons you may need to contact the support team to have a review moderated:

  • Retaliatory reviews
  • Rude comments
  • Complaints about pricing
  • Profanity in the review
  • Spam or inaccurate reviews

Most negative reviews will not require our support team to get involved. Honest feedback is helpful for other renters to read when considering a new booking.

When the situation is preventable you'll want to make sure it doesn’t happen again in the future, acknowledging this in the response may actually improve your future booking rate.
