How do I cancel a booking?

There may come a time when certain circumstances beyond your control may require a cancellation, and we won’t hold those cases against you. Examples of circumstances beyond your control include natural disasters (flooding, wildfires) or when renters request that you cancel on their behalf. Please know that Owner initiated cancellations will initiate a full refund and your calendar dates will reopen.

To cancel a booking:

  1. Go to your Owner Dashboard
  2. Select the camper with the booking you want to cancel from the list:mceclip1.png
  3. You'll be directed to the Edit Listing area, click "Messages" and find the Booking from the list. 
  4. You can cancel the booking in the right sidebar by clicking the 3 dots. Note that you'll need to email support to remove an automated review in some cases.mceclip2.png

While cancellations create a disappointing experience for renters, we understand there are situations that will come up that require a cancellation.

 Avoid Calendar Mix-ups

Ensure you keep your calendar up to date and use our calendar sync tools to avoid having to cancel bookings due to calendar mix-ups.
